DhanunjayaRao Bandlamudi, also known as DJ, is a highly skilled Pega architect with over 15 years of experience in developing BPM and CRM products. He has worked in various roles, including tester, developer, architect, and lead, and has implemented Pega at Facebook and a highly customized Pega solution at TSYS. DJ is passionate about software development and is committed to mastering his profession. As a world-class PEGA architect, he has contributed to many key projects of Pega Customer Service product and extensively worked on legacy custom-built portals of PegaCS application. He has worked across departments, including strategic apps, engineering, internal apps, and consulting, and has handled his work at client locations in LSA role without creating a single support request. DJ has created some high-quality development practices and productivity solutions for Pega apps and is a Pega Certified Lead System Architect with a record score of 90.6%. He has also been selected for Pega India's top-2 rotational programs (CAP and IRP) and has self-learned enterprise architecture and full stack development. DJ's first job was at CORDYS BPM, where he took a lot of initiatives in test automation, DevOps tools, and code refactoring. DJ has also improved the compliance score of TSYS application from 86 to 93 in a month's time, fixed 60% of production log exceptions, and identified the root cause for a lot of complexity in TSYS application.
